After plugging PanelAlpha into the rest of your infrastructure, it’s smart to give things a double-check before calling it done. But let’s be honest: most of us rarely have the time to test things properly, especially when your support queue is packed and someone just broke staging on a Friday afternoon. So, we figured: why not automate the core part of this task? And that’s how the Automatic Tester made its way into PanelAlpha.
Instead of crossing your fingers and hoping your plans, integrations, or user flows behave the way they’re supposed to, the tester runs through them for you and shows you exactly where things stand. It’s designed for exactly those moments when you should test, but can’t afford to stop and do it manually.
What the tester does (so you don’t have to)
Shortly after you submit the required information, the Automatic Tester goes through every corner of your client area, simulating real user activity from start to finish. It checks the full site creation flow, including new signups and WordPress installs, and makes sure imports work just as smoothly. It also runs through everyday actions like backups, staging, plugin management, and access to WP Admin, making sure everything in your plans behaves exactly as promised.
Then it moves on to hosting-level features, testing domains, databases, FTP accounts, DNS records, and email setup – all based on your plan’s configuration. No need to manually click through every feature just to be sure. The tester handles it all quietly in the background, so you can stay focused on everything else.

Once we’ve processed the details of the tests on our end, a detailed report is generated and sent to you through a created support ticket. It shows exactly which tests ran, what passed, what failed, and where any issues were found. If something’s off, our team jumps on it right away and starts investigating.
Good to know:
The Automatic Tester doesn’t mess with anything that already exists. It won’t interact with real users, edit instances, or create new plans. It works only on the configuration you already have in place, using a clean set of test data, so nothing in your live environment gets touched.
The Automatic Tester is built to take pressure off your day-to-day and help you spot issues before your clients do. And since it’s meant to keep your workflow moving, your feedback is what will shape where it goes next – especially with the admin area testing already being worked on!
Nice!
